This deck was over 20 years needed to be completely rebuilt. We made new steps out to the lawn and modernised the design. Strip lighting in the stairs and under the seats looks awesome and the Shade 7 tilting umbrella completes the lookk

The house was wrapped as the owners wished to remain living in the existing portion of the house during construction. The addition and second storey had to be married into the older home with the least disruption to the family as possible. The end result is a much larger family home.

Construction of a brand new basement garage on a tricky sloping site in Long Bay. This project included extensive excavation & retaining work, and we also advised on council consenting requirements to ensure no problems with getting the right approvals.

This renovation added a huge roof over decks on both sides of the property. It involved demolition work, new foundations, robust framing, roofing and a smart underside cladding. The result is a stunning outdoor space that can be used regardless of which way the wind is blowing.

A full renovation & adding a 2nd storey on this 1980s weatherboard home. As well as going up with a 2nd level and the addition of a garage, the existing house was stripped back to barebones, rewired, lined & finished including new bathroom & kitchen.

An exceptional, high quality result that has created a beautiful home suitable for a young family, and added value for the owners.

This is a good example of a smaller project. We demolished the existing deck and rebuilt a complete new structure. This included a new roof over the deck and a new hand rail so that the structure complied with the building code. I especially like that the owner chose for us to use big screws on the deck – it may cost a little more but it looks great and helps prevent splitting and warping. The owner now enjoys this space for year round entertaining.
