Waterview deck construction

This is a good example of a smaller project. We demolished the existing deck and rebuilt a complete new structure. This included a new roof over the deck and a new hand rail so that the structure complied with the building code.I especially like that the owner chose for us to use big screws on the deck – it may cost a little more but it looks great and helps prevent splitting and warping. The owner now enjoys this space for year round entertaining.
